How to Pay

You can pay in one of the following ways.

Wholesale customers are requested to contact the company or the sales representative serving them.

Log in to PayPal's secure environment and pay from there

Pay-on-arrival

You pay upon receipt at the post office.
This option is valid for orders within Greece only.
Make sure you select ELTA Pay-on-arrival as your shipping option.

Returns

Right to cancel order

The customer has the right to cancel his order, and to be refunded without charge only if their order has not been shipped

Right to change your purchase

​The customer has the right within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the products he ordered, to request the change of part or all of his order, without incurring any expense, except for the return costs. Exercising the right to change by the consumer is possible if:​

  • the product has not been opened or used.

  • product tags have not been removed or damaged in any way.

  • the product must be returned with all the original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, instructions for use) and in its original packaging.

  • in the event that the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift must be returned together with the product, also in excellent condition and the forms that may accompany it.

  • the consumer must send an email to info@lav-ly.com indicating the change and reference of the order code, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt.

Return of incorrect or defective order

In the event of an incorrect order or defective product, the buyer is entitled to an alternative choice, free of charge:
a) its replacement or
b) withdrawal from the sale, if:

  • The order is executed incorrectly, i.e. an item other than the one ordered or the wrong quantity or a defective product is delivered.

  • The consumer must contact the store within 48 hours of receiving the product on phone +30-6976990785 or email info@lav-ly.com, in order to highlight the problem and get approval for its return.

  • If it is a product that does not correspond to the order, that it has not been opened or used and that it is in its packaging in the condition it was received.

  • The product must be returned with all the original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, instructions for use) and in its original packaging.

  • In the event that the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift must be returned together with the product, also in excellent condition and with the forms that may accompany it.

  • Returns are made with the shipping company that the store will indicate to customers and at the expense of the store.

  • In case of withdrawal, the refund is made in the same way as the original payment was made. Specifically, the refund will be made either through cancellation of the initial payment, if the payment is via credit card or paypal, or through a deposit to the customer's bank account, in case the initial payment was made either by deposit or cash on delivery. In case of cancellation of an electronic transaction, the company, after notifying the bank to cancel the transaction, does not bear any responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting. In the second case, we would ask you to inform us by email about your account (IBAN), the bank where you keep it and the name of the beneficiary, as it appears in the booklet. The beneficiary of the account must be the same person as stated on the receipt of purchase of the returned product.

Return of non-defective products – Customer's right of withdrawal without reason

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the products and in fact when there are several products in the same order from the delivery of the last one and when there is an obligation to deliver products at regular intervals from the delivery of the first. Withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • This withdrawal is without justification and without any charge, and if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its accessories, the forms that accompany it and its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.

  • The consumer should contact the store within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the product on the phone +30-6976990785 or by email info@lav-ly.com, in order to request their return.

  • The product must be returned with all the original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, instructions for use) and in its original packaging.

  • In the event that the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift must be returned together with the product, also in excellent condition and with the forms that may accompany it.

  • Returns are made with the postal company that the store will indicate to customers and at the expense of the customer.

  • Following the declaration of withdrawal, the company is obliged to return the price of the products it received within 14 days at the latest from the receipt of the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • In case of withdrawal, the refund is made in the same way as the original payment was made. Specifically, the refund will be made either through cancellation of the initial payment, if the payment is via credit card or paypal, or through a deposit to the customer's bank account, in case the initial payment was made either by deposit or cash on delivery. In case of cancellation of an electronic transaction, the company, after notifying the bank to cancel the transaction, does not bear any responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting.   • The customer is responsible for indemnifying the company if he made use other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal. The determination of the nature, characteristics and function of the goods should be made on the basis of the information provided on the outer packaging of each product, as well as the additional information provided by the company and in any case without opening the packaging of the products and using the goods. The company is willing to inform the customer of any question regarding the nature and operation of the products by providing additional information material by electronic or other means. In case of opening the packaging or using the products, their value is automatically reduced as the product is classified as used and the customer must compensate the company for the reduction in the value of the product. The reduction in value from opening the package and subsequently from the product being classified as used is examined on a case-by-case basis and determined by the company and is usually in the order of 20%-30%. The company is entitled to agree with the customer its compensation even with mutual netting.

Return Procedure

In case of returning the products, kindly make sure that the packaging of the shipment is safe so that no damage is caused during its transport. Lav-Ly is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipping.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete Lav-Ly has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products.
