In the event that you send us a CV, in positions posted by the company, your details as well as the information of your CV, are stored in our database securely and only in accordance with the Protection of Personal Data for 1 year, with the aim of the possible future cooperation.

7. Purchase preparation process – purchase record

In order to purchase products through the Company's e-commerce applications, either the creation of a customer-member account is required, or the purchase is completed with a "Guest" login.

On behalf of the Company, automated confirmation/update e-mails etc. are sent to the e-mail address (e-mail) provided by the user when registering as a customer-member or when registering as a guest.

The user's orders and orders are archived by the company and kept in its file for as long as required by the existing legislation on the keeping of books and data by business entities (K.B.S. - P.D. 186/1992).

9. Prices – Transport costs – VAT

The Company's online store reserves the right to change prices without prior notification to the customer. The prices of the products include the applicable VAT. that weighs on them.

Shipping costs are listed in detail on the "Shipping methods" page. Transport costs may change due to special conditions (overweight, bulky package, etc.) and are finalized with the approval of the customer/user.

  • The above terms of use, as well as any modification, change or alteration thereof, are governed and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and relevant international treaties.

  • Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from this, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms.
